We are seeking a skilled and motivated barber/stylist who is customer-service driven, detail-oriented, punctual, and respectful of time. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft and committed to giving every client an excellent experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, grooming services, and styling
- Maintain a clean and professional workstation
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Uphold shop standards for professionalism and customer care
- Manage appointments and stay on schedule
- Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene practices
Requirements
- Active Barber or Cosmetology License (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
- Previous barbershop/salon experience preferred but not required
Compensation
- Commission or booth rent options available
- Flexible schedule opportunities

Pay: $30.50 - $60.00 per hour
