Our organization, a leading national provider of signage and branding solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an individual who is eager to build a career in B2B sales within a fast-paced, project -driven environment. You will support senior sales staff, manage inbound opportunities, and develop your own portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting, Qualifying, nd developing new business opportunities in assigned territories or verticals.

Learn our full product line-including electric signage, architectural signage, wayfinding systems, LED retrofits, and large-format graphics- and represent solutions accurately to clients.

Coordinate with estimating, project management, design, and production teams to ensure accurate information flow and project alignment.

Manage CRM activities, track opportunities, and maintain up-to date customer records.

Participate in client calls, site visits, and presentations as needed.

Build foundational relationships with facility managers, GC partners, franchise owners, national accounts, and procurement teams.

Consistently meet activity metrics and contribute to overall revenue objectives.
Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in sales, account coordination, customer service, or a related filed; industry experience is a plus but not required.

Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Ability to learn technical products specifications and explain solutions clearly to clients.

Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic quoting workflows.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

Valid driver's license; willing to travel for client meetings or site surveys (moderate travel expected).
