Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early intervention, child welfare, and classroom management. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and nurturing young minds, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the overall well-being of children in our care.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to engage and educate young children
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure the holistic development of each child
- Utilize standardized testing tools to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Foster positive relationships with students to enhance their social and emotional development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma
- Previous experience working with young children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to provide quality toddler care with patience and empathy
- Familiarity with educational technology tools for enhancing learning experiences
Recommended but not required:
- Understanding of child welfare policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or CDA
Note: Pay will be determined based on experience, CDA, education, etc.
