Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
? Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
? Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
? Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
? Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.
? Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
? Prepare and extend employment offers and negotiate compensation within approved guidelines.
? Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
? Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.
? Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
? Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
? Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events as needed.
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
? 2?5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
? Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
? Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
? Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, healthcare, IT, or professional roles.
? Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
? Professional certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or AIRS are a plus.
