Fuzz ATX is an established and well-loved pet sitting and dog walking company, and we’re seeking experienced pet sitters with a commitment to loving care, communication and a strong sense of personal responsibility for a clients’ home and pets.
Role Overview
Overnight sitters stay in a client’s home while they travel, providing companionship, routine care, and overnight supervision for pets. This role requires reliability, good judgment, and the ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
- This position places you on the Fuzz ATX overnight sitter roster, where you will receive offers for upcoming overnight pet sitting opportunities and can accept the ones that fit your schedule.
- Hours: Typically 7:00pm - 7:00am with optional daytime visits
- Note: day time visits are optional, but not required for overnights
- Pay rate: $85 - $100 / night depending on experience, certifications and training
- Location: We have overnight sits in all areas of Austin but especially East, South and West Austin. We are not currently servicing North Austin areas of Round Rock and Pflugerville.

Requirements:
- You have reliable transportation to/from client’s homes and in the case of an emergency (a pet-friendly car is not required)
- You LOVE dogs, cats and other pets.
- You MUST have experience caring for pets through an app like Rover or Wag, another local pet care service or working with animals at a vet, boarding facility, rescue, etc.
- You can easily pass a criminal/background and driving record check.
