The Job Available:
- Inbound Customer Service Representative
- (Schedule Option Available) 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
- (Schedule Option Available) 12:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday - Thursday & 12:00pm-5:00pm Friday
- (Schedule Option Available) Mother's Hours
- Weekends off
- Full Time Position (Not Seasonal)
Inbound Customer Service Representatives will act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries regarding their hospital/physician accounts. This includes setting up payment arrangements, adding/updating insurance information, discussing account balance inquires, addressing any questions or concerns and taking payments.
What each of these jobs include (but are not limited to):
- Documenting all communications
- Negotiating payment and/or payment plans for resolution on outstanding balances
- Updating patient information: address, contact numbers, insurance info, etc.
- Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State/Federal rules and regulations
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- No previous experience required
- Computer literate
- Written and oral communication skills
- Reading skills
- Active listening skills
- Both an independent worker and a team player
- Able to demonstrate empathy
DESIRED BACKGROUND
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Reliable and timely
