Local Flooring Company with 29 years in business is looking for a qualified Assistant Manager to assist run it's current operations in Columbia Falls, MT and continue to grow the business.
Duties to Include, but not limited to:
- Ability to Lead and Train others
- Provide Excellent customer service
- Maintain good presentation of products
- Understand common business practices
- Have excellent math and computer skills
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Increase Sales and grow the business
- Controlling Labor costs
- Inventory Mgmt
- Cash Handling and Deposits
- Planning and Organizing
- Knowledge of the construction and property management trades a plus.
- Knowledge of Flooring and Countertops a huge plus
Minimum 1 or 2 yrs managerial experience
Incentive Program for Sales Growth, Labor and Gross Margin

Store Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm

Salary: From $45,000 To $60,000 per year
