SCANNING CLERK
Scanning Clerk Job duties are to include, but not limited to:
Scan court files into the court system Odyssey
Scan clerk documents into scanning program Laserfiche
Do records requests, criminal searches and civil searches
Help customers at the counter
Answer Telephones and direct calls or answer questions
Open new civil cases, process all documents for civil/divorce cases
Process incoming mail and deliver to different departments
Process the monies for court filings, passports, recordings, and licenses
Register voters and help with elections work and voting. Back up the Election clerk on issuing ballots
Process passport applications and keep up on training for passports, compliance and eligibility of acceptance agents
Tuesday through Thursday from 9 to 5 with hour lunch.

CLAY PEAK LANDFILL
SCALE HOUSE CLERK
Job duties are to include, but not limited to:
Scale house clerks spend much of their shift on their feet, assisting customers and communicating information to and from landfill equipment operators. They must be able to enter customer information in the computer system and correctly make change for cash customers. Must be able to balance the cash drawer at the beginning and the end of each shift, and will organize daily customer tickets at the end of each day. They must have excellent memory and math skills, and will be required to remember vehicle, material and account codes. Must be able to follow both written and oral instructions from supervisor, and will participate in safety meetings. Clerk will sometimes answer the business phone and needs the ability to multi-task. Cleaning and/or stocking of the scale house and scale house bathroom will be done at the end of each shift, as needed. They must also demonstrate the ability to work very well with the public and co-workers. Must be willing and able to pass drug and alcohol testing.
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, reaching and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Friday and Saturday from 7:30 to 5:30 with ½ hour lunch.
$17.50 per hour
