What You’ll Do
You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, including:

Managing end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, integrations, and more)

Defining scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria

Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
-
Coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
-
Monitoring progress and proactively managing risks, scope, and resources
-
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals
Budgeting & Strategy
-
Build project cost estimates and budgets (hardware, software, labor, vendors)
-
Develop business cases and support project approvals
-
Track project spend and manage financial performance
Technical Leadership
-
Gather and translate business and technical requirements
-
Help define solution designs, workflows, and implementation plans
-
Ensure solutions align with security, architecture, and operational needs
Collaboration & Leadership
-
Act as the key link between IT, business teams, and vendors
-
Lead meetings, communicate progress, and manage expectations
-
Drive accountability and successful outcomes across all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of IT project management experience
-
Strong background in budgets, cost estimates, and technical requirements
-
Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
-
Exposure to ERP, Microsoft technologies, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity preferred
-
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 – $125,000/year (based on experience)
