PURO Physical Therapy is an integrative outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice dedicated to delivering thoughtful, care tailored to each individual's goals, lifestyle, and movement needs. What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver care focused on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving long-term function.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, coaches, trainers, and other healthcare providers to support patient success.
- Accurately document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
- Empower patients through education and promote injury prevention strategies that encourage lifelong wellness.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture centered around compassion, professionalism, and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A growth mindset and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient experiences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports medicine.
- Interest or experience in return-to-sport rehabilitation.
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
