Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
- Interact with guests, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, shelves, and glassware.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Upsell drinks and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Proven experience as a bartender preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary by region).
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
