Apex Golf is an innovative indoor golf and entertainment venue in Tigard, blending state-of-the-art simulator technology with a lively sports bar atmosphere. We are seeking friendly, energetic Store Associates to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
As a Store Associate, you’ll be the face of Apex Golf—welcoming guests, assisting with simulator check-ins, handling food and beverage orders, and making sure every visitor enjoys their time with us. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a small, tight-knit team where flexibility and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in, reservations, and payments.
- Explain simulator use and help first-time players get started.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders with friendly, attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across guest areas, bar, and simulators.
- Monitor simulator areas to ensure proper use and assist with troubleshooting when needed.
- Support private events, leagues, and parties with setup and guest assistance.
- Uphold Apex Golf’s service standards and contribute to a welcoming, fun atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage is a plus but not required—we provide training.
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
- Must be 18+; OLCC alcohol server permit required (or willing to obtain).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
