This is not a fill-a-chair role. We're looking for a Medical Aesthetician who wants to build something — a personal brand, a loyal client following, a real say in how this practice grows. You'll be the face clients trust, the voice they hear on video, and the expert who helps them understand why our results look completely natural. Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness is led by Dr. Deb Muth, DNP, NP — a nationally recognized functional and integrative medicine practitioner. We built this practice on a simple belief: real beauty comes from repair and restoration, not masking. Every treatment plan is rooted in regenerative biology — collagen, hormones, inflammation, cellular health — and every result is designed to look completely natural. No one should ever be able to tell. We serve women 40–65 who are done with quick fixes and want results that actually last, and we're the only practice in Wisconsin built this way.

A year from now, success in this seat looks like a client base that follows you specifically, a content presence that makes people book because of you, and a growing say in which new modalities and protocols this practice adds next. This role blends hands-on clinical skill with the visibility and business instinct of someone building a career, not just holding a job. We're looking for someone ready to make this role hers.
What You'll Own
Clinical & Client Care
- Run consultations that educate first — build rapport, assess skin and treatment goals, set realistic expectations, and guide clients into the program that actually fits them.
- Provide skincare consults and confidently recommend home-care regimens and retail products as part of every visit, not as an afterthought.
- Prep and reset treatment rooms, maintain HIPAA-compliant charting and signed consents, and manage billing hand-off at checkout.
- Follow up after first sessions, check in on results, and keep clients engaged through their full treatment series.
Brand, Content & Growth
- Create short-form video content — treatment explainers, before/afters, day-in-the-life — that becomes the face of our social presence.
- Partner with the team on social media planning and execution; show up on camera and behind the scenes.
- Represent Serenity at bimonthly educational events — from setup and guest flow to on-the-spot consults.
- Stay current and curious: you'll be expected to learn new modalities as we add them (Emface, ClearLift, TED hair restoration, and beyond) and bring ideas for what's next.
Operations
- Keep the stock room, laundry, and equipment logs current; flag and coordinate any equipment repairs.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Wisconsin aesthetician license with hands-on medical aesthetics experience — you know skin, and you know how to read a client's actual goals.
- Genuinely comfortable on camera and excited to build content, not just tolerate it.
- Confident recommending skincare and retail without it feeling like a pitch — you believe in what you're selling.
- A natural educator — you'd rather explain the why than just perform the treatment.
- Curious and coachable — genuinely excited to train on new equipment and protocols as the practice expands.
- Believes in natural, root-cause aesthetic care — undetectable results, never masking.
Preferred
- Experience with laser or energy-based devices (RF microneedling, laser hair/tattoo removal, vascular lasers).
- A track record of building a personal client following, online or in-chair.
- Comfortable with basic video editing or content tools (CapCut, Reels, Canva).
Compensation & Growth Potential
Base salary (commensurate with experience) plus uncapped commission, structured so your income grows directly with the book of business and brand presence you build. Top performers in this seat consistently earn 3–5x their base.
