Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications, eyelash lifts, and other lash enhancement treatments with precision and care
- Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser treatments
- Conduct body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, hair extensions, and nail care services to meet diverse client needs
- Manage client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products tailored to individual goals
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations during all procedures
- Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking
- Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships
Skills
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in esthetic treatments and cosmetology techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients on procedures like dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin), chemical peels, and laser treatments
- Knowledge of management practices including front desk operations and guest services to ensure smooth daily operations
- Proficiency with salon software platforms such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and sales management
- Ability to perform advanced aesthetic procedures including tattooing, body waxing, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage when applicable
- Excellent sanitation practices combined with a thorough understanding of health regulations for skin care and cosmetic procedures
- Skills in retail sales upselling products related to skincare, makeup application, hair care products, and beauty tools
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing services and engaging with clients online
