Join our team as a Production Machine Operator where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality preformed rubber parts. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work, operating machinery, and hitting production goals in a safety-first environment.
What You’ll Do
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate various presses and finishing equipment to create rubber parts according to precise specs.
- Quality & Maintenance: Perform basic machine maintenance and monitor output to ensure every part meets our quality standards.
- Production Flow: Handle materials, follow blueprints/work instructions, and accurately record production data.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and participate in process improvement and safety programs.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Previous background in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, follow technical instructions, and use basic math/computer skills.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort standing for long periods and the ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Precision: Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
