JOB Position responsible for overseeing projects in the design management section and providing technical engineering assistance related to design management activities for transportation, environmental, traffic and stormwater projects throughout Marion County. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Design management of local, federal, multi-modal, transportation, structural, and stormwater projects.
Design specification and plan interpretation, scheduling, and planning related to infrastructure projects.
Ensures that all design management activity is performed on schedule, within budgetary limits, and in accordance with current statutes, ordinances, specifications and contract requirements.
