Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and basic repairs, ensuring our customers’ vehicles are safe and running smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive skills while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and routine vehicle maintenance efficiently and accurately
- Conduct tire rotations, alignments, and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical tasks with precision
- Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify basic issues and communicate findings effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions
- Support the service team with general maintenance tasks as needed, including heavy lifting
Experience
- Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred
- Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance required
- Familiarity with automotive service procedures such as oil changes, alignments, and tire services
- Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Service technician experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
