We are seeking a Lube Technician / Equipment Lubrication Specialist to join our Baltimore team. This role is essential to keeping machinery running efficiently and preventing costly downtime.
Position Overview
As a Lube Technician, you will ensure all equipment and machinery are properly lubricated, inspected, and maintained. You will work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to support a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular lubrication of machinery and heavy equipment according to established schedules
- Inspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or other mechanical issues and report promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all lubrication activities and inspections
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to keep systems in top condition
- Follow all company safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar maintenance role
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with industrial or heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment care
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and follow schedules
- Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions (heat, cold, outdoors)
Employment Consideration Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (MVR check required)
- Reliable personal transportation (secure facility with no public access)
- Must pass a pre-employment 10-panel hair follicle drug test (covers 6 months, including THC)
- Must pass a background check prior to employment, TWIC Card application required within 15 days of employment.
