SCM Systems Analyst (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid Knoxville, TN (2–3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with experience supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to join a collaborative enterprise technology team. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, document system requirements, improve workflows, and support enterprise supply chain technology initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and support future growth.
- Create process maps, data flows, system documentation, and technical specifications.
- Document integration requirements and support system design activities.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Support implementation of new system functionality and process improvements.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
- Assist with stakeholder communication, training, and organizational readiness for new technology initiatives.
- Support project planning, implementation, and continuous process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within an enterprise ERP environment (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Experience with process mapping, data mapping, workflow analysis, and technical documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience analyzing data and system relationships.
- Knowledge of application design principles and system integration concepts.
- Experience collaborating with software development and quality assurance teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle SCM Cloud or other enterprise ERP supply chain platforms.
- Experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with change management, stakeholder communications, and user training.
- Project implementation or project coordination experience.
- Accounting or financial systems knowledge is a plus.
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
