Job Summary
The Inside Parts Sales Representative supports aftermarket parts growth by handling customer inquiries, identifying parts, preparing quotes, entering orders, managing follow-up, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. This role is responsible for delivering a strong customer experience while supporting revenue growth, pricing discipline, and repeat business across assigned accounts and incoming demand.
Core Duties

Respond to inbound parts inquiries by phone, email, and web channels.

Identify correct parts and provide accurate quotes.

Enter and manage orders through completion.

Communicate pricing, availability, lead times, and substitutions.

Follow up on quotes, open orders, and backorders.

Resolve parts, pricing, and system discrepancies.

Coordinate with service, purchasing, and operations.

Support customer retention and repeat sales growth.
Qualifications

Experience in parts sales, inside sales, or industrial customer support.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with part identification.

ERP/CRM/system proficiency preferred.

Aftermarket, truck equipment, or fluid power experience preferred.
