Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the phone
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Pack online orders such as Doordash, Uber, and Grubhub.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly and securely.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including host/hostess or serving roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures in a fast-paced setting.
