Location: Hybrid – Centerville, OH
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (In-Person & Remote Flexibility)

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure services are delivered using evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification + 1 year minimum experience with credential
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Passion for delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services
