- Build the Journey: Guide guests through the food line to assemble custom gyros, rice bowls, and salads with excellent presentation.
- Craft Fun Drinks: Handcraft our signature custom dirty sodas, iced coffees, and Red Bull energy infusions.
- Provide Great Service: Greet guests warmly, handle cash/card payments accurately on the POS system, and answer menu questions.
- Keep It Fresh: Assist with light food prep (chopping veggies, restocking ingredients).
- Kitchen Operations (Ages 16+): Monitor and run the kitchen fryers alongside Flippy, our automated frying assistant!
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining room, ingredient assembly line, and kitchen areas sparkling clean.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- Age Limit: Must be 15 years or older to apply.
- Kitchen Roles: Must be 16 years or older to work in the kitchen area.
- Experience: No previous restaurant experience required—we will completely train you! (Fast-casual or retail experience is a plus).
- Mindset: A positive attitude, a clean and professional appearance, and a willingness to learn.
- Speed: Ability to stay organized and move quickly during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
