Hands From The Heart Home Healthcare Services, a Medicaid-certified agency, is expanding and looking for a reliable, compassionate, English-speaking caregiver to join our team!
Location: Easton, PA
Hours: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
We are looking for a caregiver to assist a client who is recovering from a traumatic brain injury. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys providing companionship, support, and encouragement while helping the client remain safe and engaged in her daily activities.
Caregiver Duties Include:
- Providing companionship and supervision
- Participating in activities with the client
- Accompanying the client to doctor appointments
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with daily routines and activities
- Monitoring for safety, as the client is a fall risk
- Providing support during periods of cognitive changes
Important Client Request:
The client is very sensitive to strong smells, which can cause headaches. Caregivers must come to work completely fragrance-free. This includes no perfume, cologne, scented lotions, scented hair products, or other fragranced products.
Requirements for Onboarding:
Must speak English
2 Forms of Identification
2 Proofs of Residency — one from 2024 and one from 2025
Negative TB Test
If you do not currently have a TB test, you must be willing to obtain one
Must be dependable, compassionate, patient, and safety-conscious
Must be willing to follow the client's fragrance-free request
