Admissions Representative
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: 50,000 - 60,000
Schedule: 8-hour shift; flexibility may be required, including occasional evening or weekend hours

Position Summary
CyberTex Institute of Technology is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented, and student-focused Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building relationships, communicating with prospective students, and helping individuals take the next step toward their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective students by phone, email, and in person regarding program offerings and enrollment opportunities.
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to prospective students and follow up consistently on inquiries and leads.
- Interview prospective students to assess their goals, interests, and readiness for enrollment.
- Guide applicants through the admissions, registration, and enrollment process.
- Build rapport, explain program expectations, and provide a high level of customer service throughout the admissions experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of admissions activity, follow-up, and applicant status in the school’s systems.
- Meet or exceed performance expectations related to appointments, interviews, and enrollments.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support student success and institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of strong sales experience required.
- Prior experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Previous experience in a career school, proprietary school, or postsecondary environment is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills required.
- Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and help prospective students overcome barriers to enrollment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related computer systems required.
- Experience with CRM or student information systems preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
