Duties would include
- Performs clinical functions that provide support to the office.
- Morning procedure of turning on equipment including: ultrasonics, autoclave, operatory chairs, computers and x-ray scanner.
- Fabricating, placing and removing temporary crowns or temporary bridges.
- Performs fluoride treatments, including fluoride varnish.
- Takes impressions of teeth, athletic appliances or occlusal guards.
- Maintains clean treatment rooms in compliance with all CDC and OSHA regulations.
- Set up and turn over room in efficient manner.
- Is aware of schedule changes, and other procedures in order to prioritize actions.
- Maintains inventory control by notifying person responsible for ordering.
- Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
- Maintains CPR, radiology certificate, and CE credit hours to maintain EFDA certification.
- Perform other duties as requested by Practice Administrator or dentists.'
