We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction team. Your expertise in exterior siding and dry rot repair, window and door installation, dry wall and other carpentry jobs. Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing & carpentry
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices for framing and trim carpentry
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper form and technique
- Execute drywall installation, plastering, woodworking, and remodeling tasks as needed on-site
- Collaborate with project managers to adhere to construction schedules and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures
- Skilled in framing carpentry, and drywall work
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential construction equipment
- Experience framing, plastering, woodworking, remodeling projects is preferred
- Basic math skills for dimensional measurements and calculations required for accurate construction work
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Valid experience working on active construction sites with a focus on safety compliance
