We’re a growing dental lab in Tempe, AZ, and we’re looking for a Digital Designer (Crown & Bridge) who’s passionate about Exocad/3Shape magic, artistic detail, and working with a crew that actually appreciates great design.

Qualifications
- Experience in a dental lab environment with a focus on fixed prosthetics.
- Proficiency in digital dental design software (3Shape, Exocad, or similar).
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
- Ability to read and interpret prescriptions, digital scans, and doctor instructions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Skill
- Experience with implant planning and custom abutment designs.
- Knowledge of zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, and other restorative materials.
- Familiarity with 3D printing and milling workflows.
- Previous experience in a high‑volume or full‑service dental lab.
Work Environment
- Fast‑paced dental laboratory setting.
- Collaboration with designers, ceramists, and production teams.
- Use of advanced digital tools, scanners, and manufacturing equipment.
