We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, energized by sports, and excited to coach great people while building an outstanding restaurant.
What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while supporting the daily operation of one of New England's premier sports grille concepts.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead shifts with confidence and positivity.
- Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team members.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
- Support labor management, inventory, and food & beverage cost controls.
- Help recruit, train, and retain outstanding team members.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and execution.
- Drive sales through hospitality, leadership, and community involvement.
- Help create an energetic, fun atmosphere where guests and employees love to be.
