Honda of Toms River is currently looking to hire multiple Automotive Service BDC Representatives! PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP BDC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED! A strong customer service / sales background with a proven record of performance and job stability ARE REQUIRED! We are offering a competitive base pay PLUS bonuses and an industry leading benefits package. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING ON A COMMISSION-BASED PAY PLAN.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Take in bound calls scheduling service / sales appointments
· Selling recommended services
· Confirming appointments daily
· Engaging with customers in order to turn service into a potential sales opportunity

Requirements
· Call Center / Telemarketer Experience
· Automotive Experience a PLUS
· Detail Oriented
· Computer Literate

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
