We are currently seeking a full-time associate to lead our Garden Shop.
- Must have Experience working with live plants.
- Responsibilities include maintaining outstanding customer service, generate sales, maintain, and merchandise
product, and support the store management team.

- Retail Nursery Experience
- Plant Identification and Insect and Disease Identification
- Maintain the quality of live products within the garden center through watering, trimming, fertilizing, and
proper placement practices
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management.
- Assist in the training and development of peers.
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
