About the Role:
Nurse Care, Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Pediatric Private Duty Nurses (RN or LPN) to provide one-on-one care in the comfort of our patient's home. We have patient needs in the following locations: Mason, Springboro, Beavercreek, New Lebanon, Indian Hill, and Loveland
Job Summary:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in a home setting according to the physician’s plan of care
- Provide trach and vent care as needed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document all care provided in compliance with agency standards
- Educate patients and families on health management and safety

Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
- At least 6 months nursing experience required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Trach and vent expereince
- Previous experience in home health, pediatrics, or long-term care (6 month minimum)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient home

Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
