Cedar Creek Renovations, LLC is a Faith Based General Contractor serving SW Washington - all of Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Lewis counties. Residential, Commercial, and Light Industrial.
We are seeking a like-minded, motivated individual that has the knowledge and experience to help grow our company. The project managers within our company plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors, while ensuring quality, scheduling, and budgets are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop the project schedules to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Coordinate with design professionals, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, blueprints, schematics, and contractual obligations.
- Utilize the company resources to document, report, and track the project(s).
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are met and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Facilitate project meetings to review progress updates, address challenges, and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract management.
- Familiarity with construction management documentation
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
- Experience with Residential, Commercial, and Industrial construction projects preferred; hands-on site experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams including subcontractors and clients. Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
