Qnect is changing how structural steel gets delivered by engineering connections early in a connected Tekla model, resolving issues before fabrication and sharpening bidding. We're the neutral specialist in this area of delivery.
We're looking for someone to lead that delivery — run complex steel projects, coordinate detailing and connection-engineering teams, and participate with EORs, GCs, and fabricators.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in structural steel delivery (detailing, connection coordination, or connection engineering)
- Proven leadership of multiple projects/teams at once
- Working knowledge of Tekla, steel detailing, connection design, and constructability
- Enough engineering depth to engage an EOR as a peer — PE preferred (SE a plus)
- U.S.-based
This is a lead role, not a production seat. You'd help scale our Early Connected Model delivery and lead the human side of a software-leveraged model that's resetting how steel gets built. The offer includes incentives and stock options with standard vesting schedule.
