Provides support and assists in all aspects of student enrollment process. Performs clerical duties in International Student Services and the Registrar’s Office. The employee is expected to work as a team player in a multi-cultural, diverse working environment.
This description is intended to indicate the types of duties and responsibilities requested of the employee assigned this title. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities that may be required:
1. Understand and utilize the Student Information System (SIS), Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM), and the College website, as appropriate.
2. Seeks information within the College to answer questions.
3. Address incoming calls and emails from students (prospective, current, and former), other college departments and from the community.
4. Process, record, and maintain student records and files; system data, and documentation to identify and resolves issues relating to student records utilizing the current Document Management System.
5. Assists Registrar in reviewing change-of-grade forms for completeness and accuracy; processes approved grade changes in the Student Information Systems (SIS).
6. Reviews and evaluates college transcripts for transferable credit; proofreads, reviews accuracy of transferred credits, and records evaluations for inclusion in student files; evaluates transcripts for completion of graduation requirements.
7. Verifies student enrollments and loan deferments, answers subpoenas, and processes appropriate paperwork (such as transcript requests, tuition verifications, etc.).
8. Handles various correspondence and assists in preparing mailings (i.e., stuffing envelopes, applying labels to envelopes/college publications, etc.)
9. Assist Student Services departments in the collection of information.
10. Assist in college campaigns related to enrollment and retention.
11. Operates office equipment.
12. Trains and directs college student personnel with appropriate approval.
13. Performs related tasks, as assigned.
14. Ability to work additional hours, as needed.
EDUCATION An Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline.

Successful completion of a minimum of 24 college credit hours in Administrative Support
Technology (AST), Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Business
Administration (BUS 1100, BUS 2030, BUS 2530, MKT 2520, ACC 1800, ACC 1810, ACC 1820
and CIS 1050).
