We are looking for a motivated, professional, and hungry In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, perform inspections, and provide solutions that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
This is a high-opportunity sales role with company-generated leads. No cold calling. No door knocking. Our marketing team provides qualified appointments directly to you.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Perform attic, crawlspace, insulation, and energy-efficiency inspections
- Identify customer concerns and recommend solutions
- Create estimates and present proposals
- Follow up on open opportunities
- Maintain accurate notes and records in CRM
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first appointment to signed contract

Compensation

Requirements
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement, roofing, insulation, HVAC, solar, pest control, or related industry experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect attics/crawlspaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and CRM systems
