Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service/Install Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their HVAC systems, appliances, and equipment. Your primary goal will be to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and appliances to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems, appliances, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, utilizing your technical knowledge and expertise.
- Repair and replace parts as necessary, including air conditioning units, motors, and other mechanical components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Drive a company van to service locations, using a valid driver's license.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively and professionally with customers.
- Document all work performed, including the nature of the issue, the repairs performed, and any parts replaced.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, with a focus on HVAC/R systems, appliance repair, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC/R systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies, as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
