Dietary Aide Responsibilities
Assist the culinary team in preparing and serving meals, snacks, and special diets to residents
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Restock dining areas with supplies, including tableware, glassware, and linens
Deliver food and beverages to residents and assist with tray service as needed
Participate in meal planning and budgeting, ensuring that resident preferences and dietary restrictions are considered
Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events, such as holidays and theme days
Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and meal participation tracking
