A Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clubhouse, ensuring that all facilities are well maintained and that members have a positive experience. This role involves managing staff and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Clubhouse Manager acts as a key link between the club members, the staff and the HOA Board, addressing any issues and continuously working to improve the club's offerings.
Clubhouse Manager Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervising/managing staff and vendors
- Overseeing daily operations and facility maintenance
- Ability to use ADP system for Payroll submission
- Coordinating and planning events and activities
- Ensuring high standards of customer service
- Handling member inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Fostering a welcoming and inclusive club atmosphere
Clubhouse Manager Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar office & managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Familiarity with office machines (computer, printer, etc.) & software/applications (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
- 2-3 years of customer service and office guest relations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work a 4-day work week (32 hours)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Good physical fitness for tasks that may require lifting or standing
Strong attention to detail and maintaining standards of cleanliness for the facility
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
