Next Level Electric is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman to join our growing team. This leadership role requires a highly skilled electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems, code compliance, and the ability to effectively manage crews and job sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Coordinate and order materials needed for projects to maintain workflow and deadlines
- Manage job progress and maintain quality workmanship standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and team members
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company expectations
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required
- Minimum 15 years of electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of electrical code and industry standards
- Proven leadership experience running crews and managing job sites
- Ability to organize workflow, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity
- Experience ordering materials and managing job-related logistics
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
