Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Conduct sanitation procedures regularly to uphold health standards across all areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Manage janitorial tasks including restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, such as scheduling or inventory tracking in larger operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and stain removal techniques.
- Prior experience with carpet cleaning or specialized floor treatments is a plus.
