Floor Associate – Part-Time

Recreations Outlet is hiring a Floor Associate to support daily operations at our Powell showroom. This is a part-time role (approximately 12-25 hours per week) focused primarily on the play and guest services side of our business, with an understanding that our company’s core mission is to support and drive recreational product sales.
This position is ideal for someone dependable and professional who enjoys working with families and children and can set a positive example for our high-school-aged staff.
Pay & Schedule
- $12-13 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time: approximately 12-25 hours per week
- Weekend availability required (rotating or seasonal)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and check in players using our waiver and POS systems
- Assist families during open play sessions
- Book birthday parties and explain party packages
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming showroom environment
- Perform routine cleaning and organizational tasks throughout each shift
- Stay productive during slower periods by assisting with general showroom needs
- Support a sales-focused culture by understanding our products and directing sales-related questions to the appropriate team members
