Job Purpose:
- The Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care at SMART CHOICE MEDICAL SERVICES LLC will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. The role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
