What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional OT services to evaluate and treat patients in their homes

Work closely with a compassionate care team

Help patients regain independence and quality of life
What You’ll Need:
-
Active CO OT license
-
1+ year in acute care & home health (required)
-
Medicare home health experience is highly preferred
-
Passion for patient-centered care

EMR experience
