We are seeking an Experienced Weekend Front Desk Associate to join our team from 3pm to 11pm. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel. Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Handle phone calls using multi-line phone systems, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in billing and financial reporting.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming for guests.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while adhering to hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their stay.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality by providing personalized service to all guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in resort or hospitality settings is advantageous.
