Part-Time Head Spa Specialist / Licensed Cosmetologist
Crown & Bliss Head Spa is growing, and we are looking for a couple of exceptional part-time Head Spa Specialists to join our teams in Surprise and Peoria.
Crown & Bliss is a boutique head spa focused on creating deeply relaxing experiences that allow our guests to slow down, reset, and leave feeling genuinely cared for. Our treatments combine intentional scalp care, massage, aromatherapy, and quiet relaxation — but just as important as the treatment itself is the person delivering it.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Arizona-licensed cosmetologists who are interested in bringing their hair and beauty experience into a wellness-focused environment.
These positions are specifically designed to complement our existing team and are best suited for professionals who have flexibility in their schedules.
Our greatest current needs include:
- Evening availability during the week
- Availability for select daytime or fill-in shifts during the week
- Weekend availability, including the flexibility to pick up additional weekend shifts when opportunities arise
- Willingness to work at either our Surprise or Peoria location when needed is a plus
These positions are part-time, with the potential to transition into full-time opportunities as our staffing needs and available positions evolve.
This can be a great fit for a cosmetologist who wants meaningful part-time work, enjoys some flexibility in their schedule, and is interested in opportunities to pick up additional hours.
What You'll Do
- Deliver relaxing, high-quality Crown & Bliss head spa treatments
- Create a warm, peaceful and welcoming experience for every guest
- Provide thoughtful scalp and hair care within the scope of your license
- Provide finishing services, including drying and basic blowouts, as part of the guest experience
- Maintain clean, organized and guest-ready treatment spaces
- Naturally educate guests about services, products and future visits when appropriate
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, low-drama work environment
- Help us maintain the consistent experience our guests expect from Crown & Bliss
Who We're Looking For
- Active Arizona cosmetology license
- Comfortable working with different hair types and performing basic blow-dry and finishing techniques
- Warm, calm and genuinely client-focused personality
- Dependable and responsive
- Flexible and willing to help when the team needs additional coverage
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable learning our treatment methods and service standards
- Team-oriented, positive and coachable
- Someone who understands that their energy and presence are part of the guest experience
Previous head spa experience is not required. We provide training in the Crown & Bliss treatment experience and protocols.

Pay: $25.04 - $45.00 per hour
