Responsible for overseeing the tunnel area and ensuring vehicles move through the car wash safely, efficiently, and consistently. Maintained high service standards while supporting team members, monitoring equipment, and providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Directed and monitored the flow of vehicles entering and moving through the wash tunnel.
- Ensured vehicles were properly positioned and safely guided onto the conveyor.
- Monitored the tunnel throughout the wash process to identify potential safety or operational issues.
- Communicated with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during busy periods.
- Assisted with loading vehicles onto the conveyor and ensuring proper spacing between vehicles.
- Followed and enforced company safety procedures and tunnel operating standards.
- Monitored wash quality and addressed issues to ensure customers received a consistent, high-quality wash.
- Assisted customers with questions regarding wash services, memberships, and tunnel procedures.
- Communicated equipment problems or unusual conditions to management and maintenance personnel.
- Helped keep the tunnel, equipment, and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
- Supported team members with daily tasks and helped maintain productivity during high-volume periods.
- Maintained a professional, positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Assisted with opening and closing procedures and ensuring the tunnel was ready for daily operations.
