Prepare and set up breakfast area before guest arrival
- Ensure food items are fresh, stocked, and presented neatly
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with breakfast selections
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen
- Refill beverages, condiments, and utensils throughout service hours
- Monitor food temperatures and replenish items as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly, professional manner
- Work with other staff to ensure smooth breakfast operations and guest satisfaction
- Clean and restock breakfast supplies after each shift
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times
