Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales activities, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
- Drive retail sales and consumer finance product offerings through effective team management and customer engagement strategies.
- Oversee loan processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approval or rejection based on established criteria.
- Manage cash flow, cash management systems, and store financial transactions with precision and integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Supervise team members, including assistant managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and professional growth.
- Monitor profit & loss statements regularly to optimize branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management or retail management with a focus on financial services or banking.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, sales management, customer relationship management, and loan processing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling accuracy, and proficiency in financial software systems.
- Experience in assistant manager roles or similar supervisory positions is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques, cashiering processes, and store management best practices.
Pay: $32,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
