We’re looking for reliable people who actually show up.
Better Blend is a fast-growing smoothie and bowl shop in Centerville, and we're looking for dependable, positive, hardworking team members to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for a high school or college student looking for 10–20 hours per week, or anyone looking for a fun part-time job with a flexible schedule.
What you'll do:
- Make smoothies, acai bowls and other menu items
- Take customer orders and provide great customer service
- Operate the POS system
- Prepare ingredients and restock supplies
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a team during busy periods
What we're looking for:
Experience is NOT required. We'll train you on everything you need to know.

- Take direction and are willing to learn
- Can stay productive during busy periods
- Take pride in keeping your workspace clean
- Have reliable transportation
